Listowel, Ont- The Listowel Cyclones are heating up at the right time, with the playoffs just around the corner. With two dominant wins over the St. Thomas Stars and a tough battle against the Stratford Warriors, the team remains focused on securing home-ice advantage.
Recent Games:
• February 28th: The Cyclones delivered a statement win at home, defeating the St. Thomas Stars 7-1 in front of a packed crowd at the Steve Kerr Memorial Arena. The evening was extra special as the team debuted their Paddyfest Jersey, generously donated by the Listowel Legion.
• March 3rd: A hard-fought road game saw the Cyclones fall to the Stratford Warriors 5-3. Despite the loss, the team showed resilience and kept pushing until the final buzzer.
• March 5th: Still on the road, the Cyclones bounced back in dominant fashion, shutting out the St. Thomas Stars 7-0. Chris O’Flaherty netted his 20th goal of the season, while Ethan Kowatsch was perfect between the pipes, stopping all 24 shots for the shutout.

The Cyclones will close out the regular season at home on Friday, March 7th, with a huge matchup against the Stratford Warriors. It’s the Battle of Perth County, and with playoff positioning on the line, it’s a game you won’t want to miss! Come out to the Steve Kerr Memorial Arena. Puck drop is at 7:30!
